- Clients and talent members — limited profile information shared only after both parties are matched and have consented

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain business records, and to comply with legal obligations. Talent application data is retained for up to three (3) years after an application is closed unless an active engagement exists. You may request deletion of your data subject to Section 7 and our legal retention obligations.
6. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
